Our Story

Beginning with humble roots, KCP's in house construction company, Kerstiens Custom Builders, has been going strong since 1961. Kerstiens Custom Builders has built several thousand single family homes, apartments, and office buildings across Southern Indiana. KCP is experienced in ground up developments, redevelopments, and acquisitions of existing assets. KCP has a unique and calculated approach to finding the highest and best use of properties in the path of progression. 

Following the success of the construction company, Premier Property Management was formed in 1988 to self manage all the investment properties retained. Premier Property Management currently has $110 million in assets under management and still growing. Kerstiens Capital Partners is currently being lead by the third generation with an ambitious future ahead. 

Each member within Kerstiens Capital Partners is community focused. Every year KCP spends time with various charitable organizations volunteering. Community growth is a main focus to the organization. KCP is dedicated to finding people a place to call home at an affordable price, by doing so they will be changing lives for the better through real estate.
