Meet the Team

Ruger has helped lead Kerstiens Capital Partners to new territories and company expansion. Ruger graduated from IU Kelley School of Business focusing on real estate and economics. Ruger also spearheads our company charity events and non-profit out reach. He enjoys spending his free time going on adventurous trips and working out. No slowing down in sight, Ruger is taking Kerstiens Capital Partners to new heights.

Bart is an expert in development and property management. Bart graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in economics. After college, he began developing office buildings and apartment complexes throughout Indiana. Bart is down to earth and personable. Bart enjoys spending his weekends at his farm, target shooting and cooking the finest food around.

Todd has built his success on shear determination and focus. Todd is president of Kerstiens Custom Builders, KCP's in house construction company and best residential developer in southern Indiana. After being a collegiate athlete, Todd moved to southern California where he created his first company. His company was a success, but he knew he wanted to return to southern Indiana. In his spare time Todd enjoys working out, watching sports and working in his garden. Todd has proven to become the face of Kerstiens Custom Builders and a positive asset to the community.
